Lima, in the future. A weird and terrible disease strikes the city. Nobody knows exactly what it is and how people are contaminated. Many people die, especially men. Eusebio works as a cleaner, he washes the rooms where people die, the blood that remains on the road when there is an accident… Eusebio lives alone. He does not speak a lot. His life is strictly ruled by his job and routine. Some day, as he works in a house where a woman just died from the disease, he finds a kid. Joaquin is alone, hidden in a cupboard.
Eusebio does not know how to act with him. He tries to entrust him to a doctor of his work, to a center for children. But everybody is focused on the disease and nobody can receive him. Eusebio also looks for Joaquin’s family but the chaotic situation does not help. They have to live together. Eusebio will help the kid to face the world and Joaquin will bring joy and a kind of sense in the man’s life.
